We are looking for a Spanish Customer Support VA – Shopify to join our team in a Remote capacity. This part-time role involves providing exceptional customer support for our Shopify e-commerce store, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer emails in Spanish , maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
- Assist customers with order tracking , addressing delivery issues, and managing refunds, returns, and replacements.
- Provide basic Shopify customer support to resolve inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize provided training materials, templates, and SOPs to deliver consistent and effective support.
- Work 1-2 hours per day , Monday to Friday, ensuring timely responses to customer queries.
What You Bring
- Fluent written Spanish with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support , preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues with professionalism.
- A reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
Nice to Have
- Experience with email management tools or customer support software.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations and logistics.
