Shopify Specialist with CRO Experience

We are looking for a skilled Shopify Specialist with strong Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experience to manage, optimize, and improve the performance of Shopify stores. This role focuses on building high-converting storefronts, improving user experience, and increasing sales through data-driven optimizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Shopify stores for performance, usability, and conversions
- Implement CRO strategies (A/B testing, funnel optimization, UX improvements)
- Customize Shopify themes and storefront components (frontend-focused)
- Optimize product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows
- Monitor analytics and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, funnels, and integrations
- Ensure site speed, mobile responsiveness, and best practices are followed
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores
- Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Strong understanding of eCommerce UX/UI best practices
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Experience working with Shopify apps, integrations, and third-party tools
Qualifications / Years of Experience
- 2–4+ years of experience working with Shopify
- 1–3+ years of hands-on CRO experience for eCommerce
- Experience in Web Designing using both coding and UI/UX design principles
- Ability to design and implement layouts through HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, not just visual tools
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design , user behavior, and conversion-focused design
- Experience working with online brands or agencies is a plus
Skills Required
- Shopify (Themes, Admin, Apps, Liquid basics)
- Frontend development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- CRO tools (A/B testing, heatmaps, session recordings)
- Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or similar tools
- Page speed optimization and mobile-first design
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
