Looking for a Marketing & Admin VA (Loan Office Assistant) to join our team in a Remote capacity. This full-time role is ideal for someone with experience in loans and mortgages, as well as skills in sales and lead generation. If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Manage and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Assist in the administrative tasks related to loan processing and customer inquiries.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels to support the sales team.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns .
- Maintain organized records and documentation for loan applications and client interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant , preferably in the loan or mortgage industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using tools for lead generation and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in sales or closing deals in a financial context.
- Familiarity with loan processing software or related tools.
- Knowledge of current trends in the mortgage industry.
