- Able to speak and understand in Mandarin
- Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate onboarding procedures for new hires.
- Participate in human resource planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Provide excellent communication and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years (Fresh Graduate)
- Skills and Competencies: Recruiting, Communication, Payroll, Human Resource Planning, Computer Literate, Interpersonal Skills, Attention to Details
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours
