The Administrative Intern will support the Administrative Department by performing key tasks related to document management and digital storage. This internship is designed for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in office administration and improving organizational skills in a professional setting.
- Scanning Documents: Efficiently scan physical documents to create digital copies for storage.
- Uploading to Cloud: Upload scanned documents to a cloud-based storage system, ensuring proper organization and categorization.
- Data Entry: Assist in entering relevant information into digital files and spreadsheets as required.
- Document Management: Help maintain and organize digital files to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility.
- Assist with Administrative Tasks: Support the team with various administrative duties, such as organizing files and maintaining office systems.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Familiar with cloud storage platforms (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.)
- Willingness to learn and contribute in a professional setting
