Description - Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening resumes.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including document collection and orientation activities.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and organized.
- Qualities and Traits: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
