Description - Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Maintain and update HRIS to ensure accurate employee data management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Coordinate payroll activities ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in HR management
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS, recruiting, employee relations, and payroll management
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in organizational development and human resource planning
