- Supervise HR staff and oversee the day-to-day HR operations.
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company goals.
- Handle recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees.
- Oversee timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll coordination.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and support conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals and coaching.
- Develop and facilitate training and development programs.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation.
- Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and company events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of HR experience , with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
