Rockford Marketing Corporation is seeking a talented and driven HR Supervisor to join our team in our Tondo Manila City office. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Supervise the recruitment process
- Coordination with the HR personnel for promodiser concerns
- Monitoring payroll and timekeeping
- Employee relations
- Creation and enforcement of company rules and policies
- Monitoring of all probationary employees
- Updating of master plantilla
- Submission of mandatory government contributions
- Dole compliance
- Coordinating with suppliers for office supplies requisition and request

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as HR Generalist, HR Supervisor, or any equivalent role
- Bachelors Degree in HR, Psychology or any related field
- Knowledge with Dole Rules and compliances
- Familiarity with SSS, Philhealth, and pag ibig process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
