Korean Bilingual Technical Support Representative

Key responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Korean and English
Provide customer and technical support through voice, chat and email
Respond to customer inquiries accurately and professionally
Troubleshoot and assist customers with basic technical concerns
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Escalate complex and unresolved concerns to the appropriate team
Follow established processes, service standards, and communication guidelines
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Korean and English, both written and spoken
Able to effectively handle voice, chat, and email support
Previous experience in BPO, customer service, technical support, or a related role
Familiarity with CRM, ticketing systems, chat, email, or other customer support platforms
Basic knowledge of technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
Experience handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions
