Position: Japanese Technical Support

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Filipino who can speak, read, and write Japanese
- Can speak conversational English because co-workers are Filipino
- Degree Holder of any course
- Open to JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Willing to undergo training and orientation
- Customer Support background is a BIG PLUS
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone call
- Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools
- Address customer complaints, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- All other duties as assigned
