Description - Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computers, networks, and peripherals.
- Document and track support requests in the ticketing system.
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory and ensuring all equipment is up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other IT staff for escalated issues and solutions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience Level: Junior (0–2 years).
- Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of operating systems, network protocols, and hardware components.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide remote support as needed.
