• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any computer-related courses, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated honesty and integrity in previous roles, with a strong commitment to ethical behavior.
• Prior experience as a technical support is an advantage.
• Superior understanding of computer hardware and software systems.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software.
• Ability to explain technical issues to employees and customers.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Customer Needs Analysis: Identify client challenges and recommend tailored technical solutions.
- Technical Demonstrations: Present product features and benefits, explaining complex concepts simply to prospective buyers.
- Sales Generation: Prospect new clients, build relationships, and negotiate contracts to meet sales quotas.
- Technical Support & Advice: Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and product implementation.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technology to refine sales strategies.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
