The Role
As a Technical Support Representative , you’ll be the vital link between our customers and our technology, providing exceptional technical assistance and problem-solving expertise. This blended role involves troubleshooting, support, and helping customers succeed online.
Requirements
- Open to fresh graduates (must have completed at least 2nd year in college)
- High School or Senior High graduates with at least 6 months of relevant Customer Service experience

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to software, hardware, connectivity, or product functionality.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions clearly and patiently so they understand how to resolve their issues.
- Document customer interactions including problems, actions taken, and resolutions in a CRM or ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support or technical teams when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to make sure the technical problem is resolved and they are satisfied with the support.
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g., engineering, product, or QA) to resolve issues and provide feedback for product improvements.
- Provide product and service information, helping customers understand features and how to use them.
- Practice excellent customer service and maintain professionalism, empathy, and patience in every interaction.
