The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services. This role also involves generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Create and implement promotional campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Manage social media accounts and digital marketing platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Generate leads through various channels, including direct outreach, networking, and marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organize and attend events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.
- Coordinate advertising efforts across various platforms (e.g., digital, print, etc.) and optimize ad spend for maximum return on investment.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (typically 2-3 years).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales and marketing data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
