Sales Officer

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within assigned territories or sectors.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven sales experience, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., retail, FMCG, or B2B].
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
- Willingness to travel if required.
