The Market Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services, developing relationships with customers, analyzing market trends, and identifying business opportunities. This role serves as the face of the company in specific market areas, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Promotion
- Present and sell products/services to current and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities and prospects within the assigned market.
Market Analysis
- Research and analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback on competitor activities and customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Planning and Reporting
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for market growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
Promotional Activities
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to showcase products/services.
- Ensure effective marketing materials are available and distributed.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Relevant certifications in sales or marketing (e.g., Certified Sales Professional - CSP) are an added advantage.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in market research and competitor analysis.
