Sales and Marketing Officer

The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products, services, or brand. This role involves market research, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Marketing Strategies:

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Create and execute marketing plans to meet business objectives and KPIs.
• Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Campaign Management:

• Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns, making necessary adjustments to maximize results.
• Ensure timely execution of campaigns within budget and schedule.

Content Creation:

• Develop compelling content for various marketing materials, including websites, blogs, newsletters, social media, and advertisements.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing communications.

Social Media Management:

• Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build and maintain brand presence.
• Create and schedule posts, track engagement, and respond to customer inquiries on social platforms.

Market Analysis:

• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and ROI.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to create cohesive marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets.

Brand Awareness & Public Relations:

• Coordinate public relations efforts to enhance the brand's image and reputation.
• Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on campaign performance.
• Use analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
