- The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, and closing deals to drive company revenue.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid sales techniques.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and sales events to expand the client base.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and propose effective solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
