Position: HR Supervisor (Employee Relation) + Shuttle Service Company Industry: Manufacturing Company Work Location: General Trias City, Cavite Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 6:10 PM) Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 40,000 Work Set Up: Work on Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any related courses
- With at least 2 years of experience in manpower supervision/handling
- With more than 5 years of experience in Employee Relation & Discipline is an advantage.
- With experience in the same industry is an advantage
- Amendable to work onsite
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
- Assign, monitor, and evaluate staff tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of HR deliverables.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing appropriate guidance and first-level resolution of HR-related matters.
- Coordinate audit preparation and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and proper maintenance of HR documents and records.
- Monitor HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Maintain proper document control and ensure HR files are organized, updated, and readily available for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with management and other departments regarding employee-related concerns, policies, and HR requirements.
- Prepare and monitor HR reports, trackers, and other documentation needed for management review and decision-making.
