HR Supervisor – Employee Relations
Oversees employee relations functions, ensuring a positive work environment, fair treatment, and proper implementation of company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise handling of employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases
- Lead investigations and recommend appropriate actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Promote employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters
- Oversee performance management and disciplinary processes
- Maintain accurate documentation of ER cases
- Conduct coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution
- Mentor and guide HR team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR Supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and case handling
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
