POSITION: HR Employee Relations Specialist
INDUSTRY: Construction Company
WORK LOCATION: Makati City
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
SALARY: Php20,000-Php25,000
WORK SET UP: Work on site

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or any related field
- With 2 to 3 years’ experience in employee relations
- Knowledgeable in labor laws and employment regulations
- Amendable to work on site in Makati
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, inquiries, and concerns.
- Handle and resolve workplace conflicts, grievances, and complaints in a timely and fair manner.
- Provide recommendations for corrective or disciplinary actions in alignment with company policy and employment law.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners or Legal teams when handling complex cases.
- Prepare reports and present findings or recommendations to HR leadership.
