- Graduate of bachelor’s degree Major in Psychology or any Related Course
- With at least 2 years of experience in manpower supervision/handling
- With more than 5 years of experience in Employee Relation & Discipline
- Willing to work Onsite
- Amenable to work as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily HR operations and ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
- Assign, monitor, and evaluate tasks of Staffs and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide first-level resolution of HR-related concerns.
- Assist in audit preparation and ensure proper document control and readiness.
- Ensure all company policies adhere to local labor laws and regulations.
