Recruitment Associate

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource (HRDM), Psychology or any related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment is an advantage
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 5PM
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
Job Description:
- Post and manage job advertisements on sourcing platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidate fit.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in onboarding new hires and other HR administrative tasks.
- Support recruitment marketing efforts and employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
