- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: SHS / College Graduate
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of recruiting and talent acquisition processes
