Job Summary:
The Recruitment Associate is responsible for sourcing, screening, and endorsing qualified candidates to meet client hiring requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from initial sourcing to onboarding endorsement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
- Source and attract potential candidates through different recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
- Endorse qualified applicants and monitor their application status
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and applicant databases
- Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRDM, or any related course
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willing to start ASAP
