Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end Recruitment process.
- Develop and implement effective Recruitment strategies.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the Recruitment team.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure hiring targets are achieved.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare Recruitment reports and recommend process improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 3–5 years of Recruitment Managerial experience in a Manpower Agency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws.
