Recruitment Specialist

Description - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Assist in the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Junior (0–2 years of experience).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.
