- Manage the full recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of staff.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels.
- Analyze hiring metrics and adapt strategies to optimize recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand recruitment needs and job specifications.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or HR management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
