Room Attendant duties :
- Making beds, including changing linens
- Restocking towels, toiletries, minibar items and coffee or tea carts
- Responding to guest requests for additional towels or pillows
- Emptying trash cans or wastebaskets
- Performing general cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, mopping and dusting
- High attention to detail to meet cleanliness standards
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, including the appropriate use and safety protocols of industry-specific chemicals
- Time management skills to assist with basic hospitality tasks, such as replenishing toiletries and supplies, entering repair requests and sanitizing guest rooms and common areas
- Customer service skills to respond to guests’ requests
- Communication skills to collaborate with maintenance staff
