Description - Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities and operations.
- Ensure that Room attendants adhere to established standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Train and mentor new housekeeping staff to maintain high-performance standards.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and address any issues promptly.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and reorder as necessary.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
