- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in front desk or customer service roles
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills and proficiency in hotel management software
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
