Job description:
We are seeking a proactive HR Associate to join Nexora HR. This role is highly focused on recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong emphasis on executing mass hiring workflows efficiently and accurately. The HR Associate will also provide essential support in compliance and basic HR operations for both internal teams and client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Client-Facing Support
- Mass hiring process : Carry out end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles, ensuring smooth sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Candidate screening : Apply structured workflows to verify licenses, clearances, and readiness to work.
- Client liaison : Serve as the recruitment point of contact, maintaining professional communication and timely updates.
- Compliance support : Assist clients in aligning recruitment practices with DOLE regulations and Philippine labor laws.
Internal HR Operations
- Recruit internal staff : Source, interview, and onboard candidates for Nexora HR’s own team growth.
- Support HR workflows : Help with payroll preparation, benefits tracking, and employee record updates.
- Process improvement : Collaborate with the team to refine recruitment workflows and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience , ideally in mass hiring or high-volume sourcing .
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms for attendance, payroll, and employee records.
- Strong communication skills for client-facing coordination.
- Able to work independently while remaining a good team player.
- Grace under pressure , maintaining professionalism in fast-paced recruitment cycles.
- Strong in maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity across HR systems.
- Excellent organizational ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines
