Job Requirements - College graduate in any hospitality degree or related field
- With experience as a bellman or in a similar role
- With valid driver's license (Can drive Manual and Automatic)
- Should at least know how to speak and correspond in good or acceptable English
- Positive interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy luggage
Responsibilities
- Transporting guest luggage to and from rooms safely and efficiently, often using luggage trolleys.
- Greeting guests at the main entrance, opening car doors, and providing a warm welcome.
- Escorting guests to their rooms upon check-in and explaining room features (e.g., HVAC controls, safe usage, minibar).
- Providing information on hotel amenities, hours of operation, and local attractions/restaurants.
- Arranging transportation or loading/unloading vehicles.
- Delivering messages, packages, laundry, or guest-requested items (e.g., extra pillows, newspapers) to rooms.
- Storing luggage securely for guests before check-in or after check-out.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, Porte Cochere (covered entrance), and luggage storage areas.
- Reporting suspicious activities to security and acting as part of the emergency team if necessary.
