Registered Nurse

The Company Nurse reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for attending to the health, safety, and wellness needs of all employees and resort guests. This role includes providing immediate medical care, promoting workplace health, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.

• Attend promptly to health and safety concerns of employees and resort guests.
• Provide first aid treatment for injuries or illnesses occurring on-site.
• Evaluate and recommend further medical care for employees or guests, including coordination for hospital transfers when necessary.
• Conduct health assessments for employees and issue medical attention form or "fit-to-work" slips as required.
• Promote good health among employees by conducting regular assessments and maintaining accurate health records.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring health and safety-related policies and procedures.
• Develop and provide health and safety-related suggestions and recommendations to management.
• Conduct quarterly health, safety, and security seminars or training sessions for all employees.
• Facilitate health and safety orientations for new hires as part of their onboarding process.
• Prepare and submit mandatory government reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as approved by the management.
• Compile and submit weekly and monthly reports for management, detailing medical conditions treated, supplies used, and other relevant data.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic station.
• Prepare Business Unit Requisition Forms (BURF) for medical supplies, equipment, and other clinic needs.
• Ensure accurate documentation of medical records.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned, based on the operational needs of the company.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing 
• License: Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) nursing license 
• Experience: Preferred experience in occupational health or a related field 
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to assess health status and provide first aid 
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations 
• Strong organizational and time management skills 
• Proficiency in medical record keeping 
• Ability to work independently and take initiative 

Potential additional qualifications:

• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing
• Experience in conducting health assessments and employee wellness programs
• Familiarity with company policies and procedures related to employee health
