CR Attendant

The Cleaner / CR Attendant reports directly to the Resort Director, Resort Manager, and/or Operations Manager.

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation of public restrooms, shower rooms, and other assigned areas, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and staff.

• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all public areas, including male and female restrooms, shower rooms, orientation area and back-office facilities.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces using appropriate equipment and cleaning materials, ensuring high standards of hygiene.
• Restock supplies, such as hand soaps, tissue rolls, and other essentials in all restrooms, in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepares and submits a Business Unit Requisition form for all stock replenishments.
• Implement proper waste management procedures, including segregation and disposal, to maintain environmental standards.
• Collect and properly dispose of trash in designated areas to prevent clutter and odors.
• Regularly inspect restrooms and shower rooms for any necessary repairs, damages, or malfunctioning equipment (e.g., toilets, sinks, doors, shower heads faucets and lighting fixtures).
• Immediately notify the Resort Manager or Operations Manager of any required maintenance or repair issues.
• Provide assistance to guests when needed, ensuring they feel supported and welcome.
• Consistently greet and assist guests in a polite, pleasant, and professional manner.
• Assist the Inventory Officer during month-end inventory checks for supplies and equipment.
• Ensure that all tools, furniture, fixtures, and equipment under your responsibility are properly documented, used correctly and securely stored.
