Client Profile: A manufacturing company established in 2000 that provides electronic products, specializing in cooling fans for the Philippine industry.
Position: Payroll Assistant
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Subic, Zambales
Salary: Php17,000 – Php20,000
Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Dayshift)
Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or any business-related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Knowledgeable in payroll software and timekeeping systems.
- Willing to work fully on-site.
- Amenable to start as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
- Processing employee payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintaining and updates employee records in the payroll system.
- Verifying attendance and timekeeping data before payroll processing.
- Addresses employee payroll inquiries professionally.
- Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of all payroll records.
