Site Secretary

- Monitor the attendance of the construction manpower and guide them every morning for toolbox meeting.
- Assist the other secretaries with the documents needed to be sign by superiors.
- Site reporting and roving.
- Physically fit, with good posture and can handle the heat conditions on site.
- Willing to relocate in Subic Bay. Stay in.
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of Junior/Senior High School degree required. (We accept High School Graduate or College Undergraduate)
- Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates/Students; no prior experience necessary.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Creative Problem Solving, adept at Multitasking, meticulous Attention to Detail, and exceptional Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Organize schedules, manage correspondence, prepare documents, and ensure efficient office operations.
