Job Summary:
Responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients to expand the company's customer base and increase sales opportunities. The role focuses on lead generation, client outreach, relationship building, and converting potential clients into business accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and target markets to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct client prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking, and field visits.
- Schedule meetings and present the company's products or services to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and business leads.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and potential business partnerships to convert leads into actual clients.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and other necessary business documents.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet assigned targets for lead generation, client acquisition, and sales.
- Prepare regular reports on prospecting activities, client meetings, and sales pipeline progress.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course.
- Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or client acquisition is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and confident in approaching and communicating with potential clients.
- Results-oriented, persistent, and capable of meeting client acquisition targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and online research.
- Willing to conduct fieldwork and attend client meetings, if necessary.
