Marketing Staff and Graphic Artist

We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Staff / Graphic Artist to support our marketing activities and create engaging visual content for the company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing materials, managing digital content, assisting with promotional activities, and ensuring that all marketing communications are consistent with the company’s brand image.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design marketing materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, banners, menus, social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative and visually appealing content for social media platforms and other digital channels.
• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Take and edit photos and videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Manage and update social media content and assist with maintaining the company’s online presence.
• Write or assist in preparing captions, promotional messages, and other marketing content.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather information and develop appropriate marketing materials.
• Ensure that all designs and marketing materials follow the company’s branding guidelines.
• Monitor current design, social media, and marketing trends and recommend new ideas and strategies.
• Assist in preparing marketing reports, promotional calendars, and other marketing-related documents.
• Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Perform other marketing and graphic design duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in marketing, graphic design, social media management, or a similar position is an advantage.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar programs.
• Basic knowledge of photo and video editing is an advantage.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Creative, innovative, and able to develop fresh marketing ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for design, layout, and typography.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure when necessary.
• Willing to learn new tools, techniques, and marketing strategies.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and professional.
