Sales and Marketing Manager

· Develop and execute Sales and Marketing Strategy
· Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resource to create and execute winning solution sales strategies
· Work through leads to Sales on CRM
· Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system
· Give presentations, product demos and general support to prospective customers
· Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products
· Hire, coach and lead a high-performing team members
· Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff
· Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts
· Works with Customer Success (Implementation and Support) team to ensure Client Satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS sales
· Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Outgoing, highly-motivated, aggressive, ambitious and competitive
· IT and HR background is a plus
