Sales and Marketing Specialist
Full-time
Systems and Software Consulting Group Inc. (SSCGI)
- Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder
- Must have attained a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing Management and other related course
- At least 3 to 4 years work experience in marketing, advertising or related field that focuses on the IT industry
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Experience in digital marketing is a plus
- Filipino Citizen or holds a relevant residence status
Job Description:
Strategic Marketing
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of current market trends and developments that focuses on the promotion of IT-related services
- Apply customer and market insights combined with creative thinking to define and shape the business proposition to maximize appeal and relevance within the local market
- Develop the marketing strategy including product development, pricing, multichannel communications plans and client engagement
- Monitoring competitor activity to identify opportunities for strategic business decisions
Marketing Execution
- Implement advertising, communications, and activities to support client retention
- Develop and execute effective PR initiatives across digital and off-line channels which build positive brand awareness
- Contribute to the company website including content and customer experience and the company’s social media channels
Relationship Management
- Develop effective client engagement programs and regularly interact with clients to build insights and positive relationships
- Work collaboratively with various departments, contribute to sharing of best practice
Other
- Set agenda, chair and minute fortnightly internal strategic marketing meetings with the Management Committee
- Any other duties, as required regularly or occasionally, to ensure the smooth running of the marketing function of the Company
