- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship- building abilities with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with experience in budgeting , forecasting and yield management
- Familiarity with industry- standard sales and booking plat6forms is an advantage
- Professional presence , adaptability, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of service and brand integrity
- Minimum 5 years of senior-level sales and marketing experience in Luxury hospitality
- Resort opening or repositioning experience
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies for high-end properties
