Sales and Marketing Assistant

Assist in implementing marketing plans and promotional activities across the Group.
Support marketing campaigns for insurance, financial, and medical/healthcare products and services.
Prepare and organize marketing materials, presentations, brochures, announcements, and other promotional content.
Assist in managing social media posts, online content, and digital marketing activities.
Coordinate with different departments and branches regarding marketing requirements and activities.
Assist in organizing events, seminars, health activities, product presentations, and other marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, printers, and other external partners.
Assist in monitoring marketing campaigns, leads, inquiries, and activity results.
Maintain updated marketing files, databases, calendars, and records.
Assist in gathering market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Support the preparation of marketing reports and presentations for management.
Monitor the availability and distribution of marketing materials and promotional items.
Assist in coordinating marketing requests from the Sales, Insurance, Financial, Medical, and Operations teams.
Provide administrative and logistical support to the Marketing Manager and team.
Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by management.
