What You'll Bring (Experience)
At least 2 years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, telemarketing, sales, customer service, or a related role
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident engaging with prospects, handling objections, and turning conversations into opportunities
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Skilled at building rapport and maintaining positive customer relationships
Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection professionally
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications; experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is an advantage
A collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude
Open to coaching, training, and continuous professional development
Results-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed performance goals
