- Schedule appointments by coordinating with clients and staff.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in optimizing the scheduling process to reduce conflicts and improve efficiency.
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and reschedule as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in scheduling software and MS Office Suite
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
