Appointment Setter (Voice) – Hybrid Setup

Job Overview:
We are currently hiring Appointment Setters to support a US-based campaign. This role focuses on outbound calling and scheduling appointments with potential clients. Ideal candidates are results-driven, confident communicators, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- ₱30,000 base salary + uncapped incentives
- High-performing agents can earn ₱40,000–₱60,000+ monthly
- Hybrid work setup

Work Schedule:
- 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (PH Time)
- US account
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
- Set and confirm appointments
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets
Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills
- Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or call center is preferred
- Goal-oriented and reliable
- Available to start immediately
Additional Information:
- Campaign starts next week
- Limited slots available; priority will be given to candidates available for immediate interviews
