- Provide information about services and answer customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments scheduled.
- Follow up on leads to ensure scheduled appointments are kept.
- Assist in managing the calendar of appointments to optimize scheduling efficiency.
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: No experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, and organized.
