- Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns to gauge interest.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the database.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to optimize schedules and effectiveness.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in customer service or appointment setting
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude
- Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
