Spanish Bilingual Appointment Setter

We are looking for a Spanish Bilingual Appointment Setter & Email Support to assist our team with scheduling appointments and responding to customer emails. This role is open to beginners—no prior experience required. If you can communicate clearly in Spanish and English, are organized, and willing to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients via phone or email
- Communicate with customers in Spanish and English
- Respond to customer inquiries through email in a professional and friendly manner
- Update and maintain appointment records accurately
- Coordinate with the team to ensure appointments are completed smoothly
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- No experience required — training will be provided
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Any experience in customer service handling healthcare account, call handling, or email support
